Pork Carp – Different but Perfect Fish for Special Occasions

Step 1: First, it is necessary to clean the outer and inner part of the carp. The skin of the carp is very slippery, so be careful during cleaning, you can easily get hurt because it will slip from your hands.


 Step 2: When you will clean the carp you need to wash well the inner and outer parts of the carp.


Step 3: You will need a large knife for cutting the carp. Place the carp on a wooden board and cut with the knife on the width of the carp and not along the length. Cut the carp into pieces like pork with a thickness of 1.5-2 cm.


Step 4: Season with salt and pepper one by one, every piece of pork carp and put in the bowl. It is desirable to stand in the refrigerator overnight to be salty enough and at the same time to be soft.


Step 5: In a large pan heat the oil in the medium heat, meanwhile, mix the flour, salt and black pepper. Then slice every piece of pork carp into flour and fried them. It is necessary to have enough oil because pork carp must be fried equally on all sides.


Step 6: If you don't want to fry the fish in a lot of oil, you need to use a pan that will not allow sticking the fish because you will use a smaller amount of oil.


Step 7: The pork carp will be fried enough when it gets a golden color. You can usually serve it with some fresh salad. Enjoy!
